Notice is hereby given that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of White House, Tennessee, will meet in regular session on Thursday, February 21, 2019 for the purpose of hearing the following:                         
        a.     Ordinance 19-01: An ordinance amending the Sign section of the Zoning Ordinance to include defined regulations for limited size and scale pole signs in commercial and industrial zoning districts. Second Reading 

              b.     Ordinance 19-02: An ordinance of the City of White House, Tennessee amending the Municipal Code Title 16 Streets and Sidewalks, Etc., Chapter 2 Street, Side, Sidewalk and Drainage Design Standards. Second Reading 

The meeting will take place at 7:00pm at the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center located at 105 College Street. 

The following resolution was passed at the January 17, 2019 Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting:

a.      Resolution 19-01: A resolution of the City of White House, Tennessee, to make application with the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development for a Fast Track Infrastructure Grant.

The City of White House Planning Commission on Monday, February 25, 2019 at 7 pm will hold a special called meeting and public hearing to review the approval of the City’s updated Comprehensive Land Use Plan.   

The meetings will be held at the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center- 105 College Street- City Hall Board Room.

The City extends an invitation to the public to attend these meetings for any questions or comments on the proposed plan. Contact the Planning and Codes Department at 672-4350 ext.2120 for any questions about the plan.
