Notice is hereby given that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of White House, Tennessee, will meet in regular session on Thursday, December 13, 2018, for the purpose of hearing the following: 

The meeting will take place at 7:00pm at the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center located at 105 College Street. 

 

a.      Ordinance 18-31: An ordinance of the City of White House, Tennessee, amending the Municipal Code Title 18 Waters and Sewers, Chapter 4 Stormwater Management and Chapter 6 Stormwater Advisory Board. Second Reading

b.      Ordinance 18-32: An ordinance of the City of White House, Tennessee, amending the Municipal Code Title 12, Chapter 3 Cemetery Board of Trustees, Section 2-301 and 2-302. Second Reading

 

The following ordinances were passed at the October 18, 2018, Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting: 

 

c.      Ordinance 18-29: An ordinance amending the zoning ordinance to include fence location, height, and limited construction requirements. Second Reading

d.      Ordinance 18-30: An ordinance to amend the zoning map from R-15 medium density residential to neighborhood center residential planned unit development and approve a preliminary master plan for property on HWY 31W and Meadowlark Drive. Second Reading

Item#1             Briarwood Subdivision Phase Two/Premier Building Group, LLC: Requests recommendation to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen for roadway, drainage, and sidewalk acceptance including Cassandra Drive and Renee Court with a one-year maintenance bond. (Deferred from the December 10, 2018 meeting)

 

Item#2             Meadowlark Drive Townhomes/Klober Engineering: Request final master plan approval for ten (10) residential townhouse units on Hwy 31W and Meadowlark Drive. Property is zoned Neighborhood Center Residential Planned Unit Development and is referenced as Robertson County Tax Map 117D Group B, Parcels 4.00 and 4.01 Property Owner: HSR Properties, LLC.

 

Item#3             Woodside Homes/ACES- Arnold Consulting Engineering Services, INC: Request recommendation to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen to amend the zoning map for 1.29 acres at 2931 Hwy 31W from C-1, Central Business Commercial to Neighborhood Center Residential Planned Unit Development and preliminary master plan approval for ten (10) semi-detached residential lots. Property is referenced as Robertson County Tax Map 107 L, Group B, Parcel 075.00. Property Owner: Velma E. Ray Revocable Living Trust

 

Item#4             Planning/Codes and Public Services Storm Water Staff: Requests proposed amendments to delete the street material specifications and construction and inspection requirements from the Subdivision Regulations due to the amended provisions being included into a section of the City’s Municipal Code. Amendments include increased roadway installation requirements and provisions for initial asphalt surface installation. {Public Hearing held at the September 10, 2018 meeting)

 

Item#5            Planning/Codes Staff: Request recommendation to the Board of Mayor and

Aldermen to amend the Zoning Ordinance Section 4.070 (B), (J)(10)(c)(d) (Table1) Standards for Signs to include limited height pole signs in commercial and industrial zoning districts.

 

 

Item#6          Planning/Codes Staff: Request recommendation to the Board of Mayor and

         Aldermen to amend the Zoning Ordinance Section 4.070 (J)(10)(b)(Table 1)     

         Standards for Signs to include revised requirements for building signage on the

         side and rear walls of commercial and industrial buildings fronting commercial and

         industrial zoning districts.
